Notification matchers

I added an smtp email and tested it in Notification Targets section.

I want to add a rule that emails me, whenever the host rebooted itself, by a crash or manually.

Is this possible?

You could set up a cronjob (@reboot) or systemd unit that uses sendmail to send an email to root when the machine boots - those emails are fed into the notification system and forwarded to your SMTP target (if you configure the matcher correctly).
