Having issue downloading ceph or just running updates in general checked the repositories on the proxmox website but it dosent seem to pull from any of those repositories.

Looks like your DNS is misconfigured.
Can you "ping google.com" ?
What does "cat /etc/resolv.conf" show?
Are nameservers in there correct ones?
Try to use known good ones, ie 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1.
This is all assuming you actually have internet access from your PVE.

In addition to the DNS problem, keep in mind that your PVE tries to use the enterprise repo but this can't be used without a subscription. If you want to be able to update PVE without a subscription you need to disable the enteprise repo and add the no-subscription repo.

Haha I cant believe i didnt think of dns thats what it was i didnt change default and it was set to home.

Thanks.
