not reject mail and send to quarantine

The sender's server ip address is listed at zen.spamhaus.org. That's why the system rejects the mail. I want him to send such emails to quarantine. What should I do?

Options you have:
* add the sender's IP address to the Mailproxy whitelist (GUI->Configuration->Mail Proxy->Whitelist - see https://pmg.proxmox.com/pmg-docs/pmg-admin-guide.html#pmgconfig_whitelist_overview)
* remove zen.spamhaus.org from the mail-proxy whitelist - I would not recommend this!
