not prompt after boot

I don't know what happened, but on boot now on boot I no longer see the command prompt with login.
I only see the entry as attached
how can i solve?

How long did you wait?
Have this on an EPYC 7282 here. After long time I get the login and everythyng works fine.
Do you see disk activity?
