[SOLVED] Not beeing able to login to gui with root. But able with ssh

HI, ive been having this problem where im not able to login to the proxmox web gui with the root account. The realm is Linux PAM standard authentication which is expected. I can ssh into the proxmox server with the same password im trying to input. Upon trying to login i get the error message: Login failed. Please try again, and no matter how many times i try it comes back with the same message
 
Looks like there is some problem. Have seen 3 people reporting this the last 48 hours.
 
I think one was some cluster problem and the other one unsolved. Would have to find out if I can find those threads again.
 
It randomly resolved itself, i have no clue what happend or why its suddenly working but ill mark this as resolved then.
