Hello Everyone,

I have a proxmox server on which I am unable to suspend a Vm. I tried both, GUI and CLI based options and got this error,
root@proxmox:~# pvesh create /nodes/proxmox/qemu/1574/status/suspend VM 1574 qmp command 'stop' failed - unable to connect to VM 1574 qmp socket - timeout after 31 retries UPID:proxmox:002BB694:0326050B:61B86A88:qmpause:1574:root@pam:

My proxmox version is,
root@proxmox:~# pveversion pve-manager/6.3-6/2184247e (running kernel: 5.4.103-1-pve)

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

is the vm running? what does 'qm status --verbose' say? anything in the journal/syslog?

also
pve-manager/6.3-6/2184247e (running kernel: 5.4.103-1-pve)
i'd try upgrading to the latest 6.4, and try again
