hi i have do the port forwarding to my proxmox server and nothing happen ! i have other forward and it working great! i think https make a problem!

What exactly happens when you try to access the Web GUI? Do you get a certificate error? Do you get a timeout? Do you get nothing at all? Or maybe firewall rules could be causing this?

Still doesn't tell much. It sounds more like a networking issue than an https issue though.

Did you check if the firewall is enabled? Is the port forwarding done correctly? Have you tried connecting from other hosts (excluding this one)?

My question was if you could access https://ip:8006 from another computer outside of this network.

Did you check if the port forwarding was done correctly for the internal IP address?

Good day,

I am also experiencing this issue as well. Could you explain a little in detail on how to remedy this issue? Thanks!

you need to set up your networking such that the PVE node is accessible from public internet. if you have a firewall you will need to allow inbound connections to port 8006. if it's behind a router you might have to portforward.
