(Noob)connection timed out on chrome when connecting to proxmox panel

Hi,i want to connect proxmox panel and it says connection timed out

I put gateway in the installation to my router ip

And the cidr to default cidr

Pd:i tried on other device and same problem

make sure to assign the Proxmox VE host a static IP in the same subnet as your router/gateway, otherwise it will not be able to connect to this network. Also, double check that the device you are using to connect to the Proxmox VE host is also in the same subnet.

By setting it in the field of the installer during installation as you showed in your initial post. Just make sure it corresponds to the same subnet and that there might not be duplicate IPv4 addresses. Check on your routers interface and reserve a static IP for your Proxmox VE host.

So i can do that without installing again?and if yes how?
