[SOLVED] Nodes not reachable after power loss

I have 3 nodes, and after a power loss I can't reach any of them locally. I have 2 nodes that have tailscale and I can reach them with tailscale but not locally.

When I connect a screen on the nodes it says it need to go to the ip address, but with webinterface I can't reach it nor can I ping it.

On the nodes itself everything in hosts and in interfaces is setup correctly but I can't ping to the outside, it says network unreachable without actually pinging.

When I do ip a it does show vmbr0 but it doesn't show the ip that I've configured in the interfaces file.

Anyone have any idea how to fix it?

Has anyone run into this issue before?
It was working fine and I just rebooted it after installing CEPH and now I get this

I did a pveceph purge and it's gone now but I feel something was removed that shouldn't have been
