web access shows me an old node but doing pcecm nodes does not show it. How do I delete them so that they are no longer seen on the web?
hostname lookup 'rcs' failed - failed to get address info for: rcs: Name or service not known (500)

if the node is correctly removed from cluster (seem to be ok if pvecm don't show it):

rm -rf /etc/pve/nodes/<nodename>
