node status:unknown on proxmox

hello everybody, ,
i have problem's on my server proxmox , "status:unkown" on VM
i try to reboot system, apt-get update and upgrade, restart pvestatd, etc.. but can't solving my problems

This is the configuration view on servermetric, I just tried adding an InfluxDB rule, but there was no expected change. and i remove all configuration of metricserver. and successfully solving the problem. anyway thanks for solution.
