Node remove and add disk to raidz2

hello
my new node 1 month old, i got a dis with errors!
The new node has 4 Disk as Raidz2.

- what is the easy way to remove the disk ?
- send it back to the company - waiting for the return
- adding the new disk back to the raidz2
- refresh to have the pool working properly

on my FreeNAS i had a button (remove Disk) (add Disk)

If you have no replacement disk available right away, your steps sound okay. But what do you mean with refresh? Once you replace the failed drive with a new one ZFS should start resilvering right away.

so there is no command like remove hdd disk to have it properly moved out of the pool
