Thank you for this instruction. Do I really need to destroy all managers and monitors? Do I have to create them again? Because I just want to remove the old volume and want to create a new volume with the new ssds.

You might be able to stop some of the services and delete the pools without deleting everything else. I'm not sure it's much faster than deleting everything, though. In case you don't care about your data, and/or you have backups (!), feel free to experiment around and report back to us
