node in a cluster temporary on and off

I want to install a PC to a proxmox node to turn it temporary ON and OFF. is it reasonable to do this? I don't know what happens to the Rest of a Cluster is 1 or more Nodes are not in sync?

I guess you can do that with the current version - the node is just displayed as 'not synced'.
