Node down related message?

I have a 2 node cluster.

I intension down a backup node as that not is not used at all now, and when I try to get into shell of the node which is up at web, I have this error:

failed waiting for client: timed out
TASK ERROR: command '/usr/bin/termproxy 5900 --path /nodes/5700G --perm Sys.Console -- /bin/login -f root' failed: exit code 1

can someone please help? how can I get into shell at web?
 
I have a 2 node cluster.
In a two node cluster when one of the nodes is down you no longer have majority quorum. The cluster services are suspended, as is UI. You can only ssh in.
intension down a backup node as that not is not used at all now,
dont do it. Dont run two node cluster if you can avoid it. Use qdevice https://blog.jenningsga.com/proxmox-keeping-quorum-with-qdevices/
can someone please help? how can I get into shell at web?
either bring up the node and restore majority, or use direct ssh
