Node config missing after failed cluster join

Hello all!

This afternoon I joined a server (or attempted to) into my cluster and it failed. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to add the hostname to the hosts file.

After this happened, pveproxy failed, as the node config at /etc/pve/local had been symlinked to /etc/pve/nodes/prox2, but had not moved any of the files so now the config is missing. The cluster also shows the node as part of the cluster, but is also missing the config for that node, which is causing problems of it's own on the cluster.

/etc/pve/nodes is missing altogether on the new node, but corosync.conf is in place, so it is like it partially joined.

I am not sure what to do at this point in order to get the config files back, if it's possible.

At this point, I think I am going to look at a functioning node config and see if I can just manually recreate it.

Any help is appreciated!

Hello,

Could you please post the output of

Code:
pvecm status

and

Code:
cat /etc/pve/corosync.conf

from both a node in the cluster and the new one?
