node cluster with same visability to the private folder

hi,
i want to deploy some nodes using one storage server. my Q is, if the nodes are seeing the same folder /vz, and I migrate container from one node to another, wold they need to transfer data each-other or just startup the machine on the new node?
 
yes, when you migrate container the data needs to be copied to the new node before you can start it there.
 
But such setup will not work if you talk about OpenVZ container. OpenVZ expects data to be local (not shared).
