No webui access after moving host

Hello guys, i have moved a server from a 192.168.1.0/24 network to a 10.0.0.0/24 however after following some tutorials to update the ip address to the new, i cant get access to the webui, i updated thefollowing
/etc/network/interfaces
/etc/hosts
but nothing happens, i am able to pin the server no web access... so how to properly update an ip address after moving the server? thanks in advanced.

Is the pveproxy running? Did you reboot the node after change? And anything in the syslog?
