No Web Interface access

Hi Guys,
I'm new in the Proxmox world, I'm Learning.
I have a strange issue.
Yesterday I have download a Debian Iso File in order to create a Debian VM
During the installation, power fault is happend.
Now during the startup of the system I get a strange error message

after more or less 60 sec i get the second message.


After that,, the system seems to start without any problem but SSH and WEB interface is not working anymore even if the services are ok


Who can help me please?

The Image you posted didn't show!


If you have physical access to your Proxmox VE server, can you please share the output of the following commands?

ip a
cat /etc/network/interfaces
