No terminal at boot

Hi,

The server is booting fine, i can access it through web gui and ssh, but on the server machine the screen is frozen at boot up informations, i don't get any bash terminal.
Couldn't find any answer for this problem online, does anyone know what may be the trouble ?

I've tried with another card, had to reinstall the server but now i got a terminal.
Old card was a GTX 550 and new one is a GTX 1060.
