No quorum and the Linksys SRW2048

Here at my university we're using Proxmox 2.1 on several machines and a Linksys SRW2048 VLAN switch. Some time ago the quorum stopped working and I have no idea why.

My questions are:

1. Does anyone know how to configure the SRW2048 correctly to work with Proxmox 2.1? Which multicast option do I have to use?
2. Is there any way to rebuild the cluster without having the quorum ready? Since now I wasn't able to delete all cluster nodes and rebuild the configuration.

That's right. I just wanted to remove three of the nodes as they have another purpose now.
