no puedo realizar un snapshots

Estimados
Se realizo la creacion de un nuevo contenedor en el servidor,
1. Quiero realizar un backup y muestra el siguiente mensaje "The current guest configuration does not support taking new snapshots"
2. quiero realizar un snapshots sale el mismo mensaje "The current guest configuration does not support taking new snapshots"
3. El servidor esta en produccion, como puedo realizar el backup
4. Que opciones tengo para realizar mi backup

The Proxmox forum is English only, so that more people can help you and benefit from solutions to posts, if they have a similar problem.

The message you see on the "Snapshots" page is pointing out that the container is stored on a storage, which does not support creating snapshots natively as can be seen in the storage type table at [1]. It would be helpful to see the configuration of your container, but if it uses any storage, which does not support snapshots (e.g. a NFS share), then it cannot create them.

Other than that, could you post the full log of the backup task that failed (e.g. copy-and-paste with the "Code" mark)? It would be easier to help you if I could see the error message that is truncated at the line starting with "ERROR:".

Dear
1. I attach the error message in the image when making the backup
2. There is also a message "The current guest configuration does not support taking new snapshots" this appears in two virtual machines that I have, image 1
3. I had a disk with 480 GB, as the storage was full I decided to buy a new disk, and increase it to 1.92 TB.
4. The logical unit configuration "Logical_ Volume" was made, image 2 is attached
5. The two virtual machines, 103 and 101, were created, but 103 is a server that we are working on, an education system, and they always update the system, and I have to constantly take snapshots. Now I can't take backup or snapshots
6. Please indicate what I could do or what I could do

Could you also show me the "Hardware" configuration of those two virtual machines (101 and 103)? I'd like to see which storages they use for their disks. If they use any storage that doesn't support snapshots (as shown in the table from my previous answer), you cannot take snapshots with these and will get the error message "The current guest configuration does not support taking new snapshots".

By the way, how are you going to use the snapshots? Snapshots are good if you want to jump back to some states quickly (e.g. if something has gone wrong), but if you want to use them for data recovery (e.g. a hard disk fails), you should make backups of these VMs on other storage devices.
