No Network Adapter in Windows Server 2016 (Proxmox 8.3.0)

I migrated my windows server 2016 from esxi to pve. I installed the latest virtio 0.1.266 drivers on win and set my network as virtio device.
But I don't see any network devices in device manager in windows.
Any ideas?

I checked device manager and found unknown device (it wasn't network card, it was "serial IO" or smth like than). I manually installed driver from virtio cd. Than I did the restart and found out network card in device list.
