No Network access with new VM on VLAN

I have a strange issue with new Ubuntu VM's that are attached to a tagged Vlan. They have no network access, can't access the local network or the internet. The VM's are assigned IP's from Opnsense, and are assigned the correct DNS server for the vlan.

Existing VM's that are attached to the same tagged vlan work fine, but not new VM's. If I move the new VM to the default untagged vlan, they work fine.

I'm running the latest version of proxmox.

I'm at a lose as to why, I don't think it's an issue with my network, just seems to be a Proxmox issue with new VM's.

Did a packet capture in opnsense for the vlan, can see traffic for exising VM's, but nothing for the new one. Turned on firewall logging in proxmox and doesn't look like its being blocked there.

Is anyone else having this issue? I'm using the no-subscription repo, so maybe one of the recent updates is causing this issue.

I have also problems with a new LXC, which can't connect to the network:
