No hard drives found

I am trying to install Proxmox on my dell t320. It has a PERC H310 adapter, and I have two hard drives setup as RAID 1. How do I get the installer to recognize my drive?

Since this is a rather old one, try updating the BIOS to the latest version, as well as the firmware of the H310.
If this still doesn't help, you could try installing PVE on top of Debian [0].
