NO GUI anymore and PBS storage gives ? in proxmox

PBS fully updated but now I have no GUI (error connection refused) ..
I have access the the shell, but no GUI and PBS is, after a reboot showing short time a valid PBS storage in Proxmox but after a while it turns ? and is not accessible anymore
So it seems that there are issues with PBS

systemctl status proxmox-backup.service gives no issue

What other commands can I use to see that is causing the GUI to be non responsive and the PBS storage to fail?
 
Check with systemctl status proxmox-backup-proxy if the proxy service is running.
 
found the issue .. very wierd . .a WLAN client got the same IP address as the fixed IP address . .Something wrong with DHCP .. fixed it.
