No GUI and NO pvecm afert upgrade

Hello! I've upgraded from 4.4 to 5.0 and I've no access to GUI, but yes SSH.
I've checked that also I don't have for example pvecm .

I've added deb http://download.proxmox.com/debian/pve stretch pve-no-subscription to sources.list and update/upgrade, also installed pve-installer, but doesn't work.
