My Proxmox web interface stopped recognizing me with a "LOGIN FAILED" message.
I have reinstall pve-manager and now I regained access to web interface but, virtual machines appear "Powered off". Also all server graphs have nothing plotted on them (but VM are working fine).

Is it cluster configuration? Did you do:
service pve-cluster restart
service pveproxy restart
service pvedaemon restart
service pvestatd restart
