No access to GUI on other interfaces

Hello, I am looking for some configuration help. I have two nics (eno1 ens4f3) on my host connected to a router and my computer. I can connect to PVE on both interfaces with their assigned ips, but if I remove ens4f3 I lose all access to the GUI. thoughts?

Does the hosts (/etc/hosts) file IP assign to ens4f3 or eno1 IP?
