NMI watchdog detectedhard LOCKUP on cpu1

This means that WOL is activated for this NIC, right?
Yes
How to turn off?
Should normally be possible via BIOS.
If not there is another way (also for cards): https://zedt.eu/tech/how-to-enable-wol-and-pxe-boot-on-an-intel-server-network-adapter/
I have done this once with a very old card. I think it was parameter -WOLD for disabling.
Try older packages, if your card is not supported by the latest package.
Also there should be a dos executable, which I ran from a prepared freedos-bootstick.

I finally got it working: I upgraded to pve-kernel 5.19. The NIC showed up in the web-GUI under "Networking". After activating them (and setting autostart=yes), they seem to work fine.

Thank you very much for your support, mr44er.
