Hello,
I've run into the same problem listed here: https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/e1000-driver-hang.58284/ where certain Intel network chips don't work correctly with the latest Kernel.
I'm tired of the work arounds and such, so I've been just trying to see if anyone knows of a NIC that works with Proxmox 7 without any weirdness. This has been surprisingly hard to find for what looks like a real common issue (and one of the fixes being just get another NIC).
