NIC not working

Hi. I'm trying clustering and am using my second laptop as a test. It's an Acer Aspire 5943G. I have installed proxmox, latest ver., but i cant get the NIC to work. Config seems fine, and NIC HW is working (led's ok) but no connection. Installed same distro on a self made tower case, no problem. Any ideas as to how i can solve the problem?

Proxmox is made on a Debian Lenny.
You can google for your problem and should find answers.

Otherwise, paste the output of : (console command)

lspci -v | grep Eth

This can help too :

pveversion -v
