Im experimenting and trying to learn about servers using proxmox 7. I wanted to try running Mac OS Mojave as a vm on proxmox. Is this possible or does proxmox need some kind of patch??

Hey, I am also struggling with V7.1 using opencore. I was able to get to the base station installer but the server wouldn't respond for downloading the rest of the image. Monterey worked fine in that regard. I was also thinking about making a usb key with all of the relevant ISOs since adding the individual ISOs and having them all available didn't work on my first attempt. Trying again today once I get passthrough working.
I have only had success with GibMacOS for getting a complete version of the Mojave installation medium. Besides that I have a legit installation app from the app store that I pulled the package out of with no luck.
I've come across some strange behaviour. I found a way to create the vm so it finaly got to the pre install where you use mac to format the disk but no disks were big enough to format for the installation. I then created another vm exactly the same and that didnt even find the boot iso's kept saying no bootable cdrom. I can't fathom how one minute with exactly the same settings i get as far as the preinstall and the next with same settings it cant find a boot device!! Driving me crazy. I saved a working back up and that still works. If i copy the exact settings from the conf file to a newly created vm it still it doesnt work. How can the same settings work one time but not another?? Also when i do manage to get to the formating disk part, why is there no disk big enough available to format for install??
