Newbie Proxmox install question

I'm migrating my data from xenserver and want to get proxmox up and running. That said I have a dell r710 with h700 with 120Gb ssd and 3tb to use in that server. So here are my questions:

1. Is there really any benefit for me to use zfs on this server?
2. I plan on running an embu container, where would be the best place to out the media for emby?

I think your H700 would be more performant. But you will be missing all the nice stability and data safty features of zfs.

If you pay for the emby premium features you might want to use a VM instead of a container so you are able to passthrough a GPU to use hardware encoding. I stored all my media on the NAS and mount it using SMB to the emby VM.
