Hello together

i am new here and still tested Proxmox on a local machine.

Now i am going to start migrating our Server to proxmox.

First i have some questions:

we have a LSI 9650SE RAID, i think this should be compatible to Proxmox?

does it make sense to do a RAID 1 for data on 2 disks and a single disk only for proxmox system?
Or would it be enough to install proxmox on the RAID? Would it be a big advantage?

Is there a possibility to get our APC USV working with proxmox and the VMs?

even though I have no answers for you, but I would also like to know the answer to your questions.
It seems to me that both the userbase, and the knowledgebase for proxmox have a long way to go.
I think there are many people like you (and me) who'd love to use this software, and very likely get a paid subscription later on once
it's set up and becomes part of a production environment.

Till then, I wish you good luck too with your attempts.
