newbie mistake vm doesnt run anymore

Hi there !
Few months ago i've recycled my old computer into proxmox serveur with Open media vault vm
my omv vm is installed on 1to ssd and there are 3x4to HDD for omv raid5
everything was fine, i've stored my important data into the omv raid
but somedays after i've installed a windows os with another ssd for my gf who wanted to play at this time, i could have done a different boot order but i just simply unplug the vm ssd and did a fresh install with the another one.. well maybe you see me coming .. my bet is i may have done it in a rush and the windows install did format one of my 4to hdd for backup partition meeeeh

My issue here, it's omv who handdle my raid but the vm doesn't want to run anymore with "TASK ERROR: can't activate LV '/dev/disk1/vm-100-disk-0': Cannot process volume group disk1" as error
i canno't afford loosing these datas , i would have done research and try different solutions by myself if these data weren't important
i think i've to format the 4to with win backup partition, then try to lunch again the omv vm but if someone could validate or explain me the right way to do it i would appreciate it

If your data is imporant you should have thought about backups. Raid is not a backup.

I would detach disk "scsi1" from that VM. Then you should be able to start your OMV VM as a raid5 should work even with 1 of 3 disks missing. Then backup stuff before trying to rebuild your raid5.

Thks for your quick answer. It was planned to back up these data into another external drive but i had to clean et correcly store these data before doing it :/
well i detach the corrupted disk, vm started but file system seems missing. before reformat this disk into proxmox ve i'll ask more information in omv forum
