I have been fighting with this installation for weeks now.
Initially, I was encountering a fatal error where it could not detect the VGA device (error: Cannot Run in Frame Buffer Mode).
I was able to resolve this by creating a config file in /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d and specifying the device ID of my CPU's integrated graphics.
I resolved this issue by following these instructions:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-6fRTpmmuHs
However, when I did this, and hit Ctrl+D to relaunch the installer, it encountered a different fatal error: "No Screens Found"
I am having a harder time finding information about this error and am not sure what information is relevant at this point, but here are the basics:
-I am installing from the latest image of ProxmoxVE which I flashed onto a USB drive using Etcher.
-I am using brand-new hardware (AM5 CPU, DDR5 RAM, etc.) and no discrete graphics card.
-I have flashed the firmware / BIOS for the system to the most updated version.
-There is in fact a screen plugged in to the MOBO HDMI.
