I want to create a new VM via shell.
I need to know a Mac address in order to make a new VM.
How can I get that( like the new Vm's MAC address in the proxmox web interface)

You don't need to know the MAC - the command line tool generate that automatically.

i think he's referring to qm or vzctl.
never did that but looking man qm or man vzctl there are examples. MAC address seems to be automatic by default but you can specify one if needed.
