New virutal machine will not start.

I'm new to proxmox and I am testing it to see if we want to launch it in our environment. I used the wizard to create a new VM in 2cowq formate but it fails to start. I get the following error.

How can I fix this? and what does it mean?

file system may not support O_DIRECT

ZFS doesn't support the O_DIRECT, so with a disk on the zfs file storage, you need to set the disk cache to writeback.

a note:

if you use zfs, please do not use it as a file storage, but use the zfs plugin (which creates zvols)
zfs + qcow2 is slow and unstable, and you will not be happy with it
