Hi,

I got a new nvme m.2 1TB drive for VM's ONLY so that they are quick and snappy!
What's the best way to expose it to proxmox as?
I was thinking of thin provisioning?

Do you have any recommendations?

Many thanks

First wipe that SSD so it got no partitions anymore:
YourNode -> Disks -> Select your M.2 Disk -> "Wipe" button

Then create a LVM-Thin on it:
YourNode -> Disks -> LVM-Thin -> "Create: Thinpool" button -> Select your M.2 and choose a name
