New Local LV- Thin Storage unable to create VMs on storage

Hi all

I am in the process of creating a new Proxmox 6.1 Host. I have not used Proxmox other than playing about with it for a while.

I have a RAID 6 Array set up local on the Server. This Servers up 7T of storage. I followed a guide to create this and to convert it to LVM-Thin. When running the lvs command I can see the storage and a SSD LVM thin I created.



When looking in GUI I can see them. Can’t see them mounted under Datacenter or on the left navigation panel under the host



I am unable to select the storage ether when creating a VM.



Can any one point me in the correct directio ?

go to 'datacenter->storage' click 'add->lvm-thin' and select your thinpool
