new kernel .16 VNC not working

On node 11 which uses the latest kernel .16 i cannot use VNC.... when i trigger the VNC option the window opens up... java starts running... then i get the black screen.

sometimes i see a white square cursor....
sometimes i see Attached to CT ### (ESC . to detach)


but i never get to access the vm from the vnc... WHATS GOING ON?

vm is online... accessible via SSH... can get to apache using browser.... but VNC will not work.

I need vnc sometimes the client locks them self out of the vm so vnc is our way of resetting their password and giving them access again....

we are working on this.... kinda sucks that we have over 600 vms running and have to manually update all these vms.. is there any way of doing this faster?

as we continue to build out our cloud and increase our client base will this continue like this? I would imagine if we have 20,000 clients an update like this would be a disaster.

Yes, we will continue to add improvements.

If you have a support subscription for 20,000 clients I can do all that work for you - no problem.
