New installation on a VPS server

I'd like to install the promox pe on my vps server, which runs rocky Linux 9. If somebody could walk me through the installation process step by step, that would be a fantastic start.
 
I am getting this error while on the installation

I cannot access the interface with the ip address . And how can i know have the installation is done successfully
 
When I edit the /etc/hosts and save the file, it returns to default settings after a reboot.

ahahah xD it seems your renter have a rewriting of your vps.
for bypass that, search how do install proxmox with a hosts line like:
127.0.1.1 pve.fqdn pve
