Hi,

My first install of Proxmox isnt going too great. I created the media, latest version. I opted to install it on the nvme drive. Firstly when I went to install it, it got stuck waiting for /dev to be fully populated. A quick google and I found a solution, I changed the "splash = silent" to "nomodeset"

At this point it successfully installed. Once the machine rebooted , I'm presented with

3 logical volume(s) in volume pve now active
/dev/mapper/pve-root: recovering journal
/dev/mapper/pve-root: clean, xxx/xxx files, xxx/xxx blocks
Two simply things, that's the only storage in my machine.

It is a B450 Ds3h
CSM Disabled
SVM Enabled

I did notice when installing proxmox I saw could "not insert nvidiafb no such device proxmox", There is an RTX 4060 in it. As the chip is a 5950, it doesn’t have an iGPU.

Can anyone help

Cheers

I saw someone in this forum with the same issue as me within the last week. But if a stretch , wonder if it’s the latest version.

I took the graphics card out, and It now boots; I can get to the web gui.
Where do I go from here?
