3 servers
------------
Two NIC on each server eth1 (public) , eth0 to be used as Private(internal )

eth1 , promoxVE IP for each servr ( public IP ) same network but different subnets

eth0 to be used as Private(internal ) to be used for CEPH shared storage

Each 3 server has 4 1 TB size disks , 2 SSD 150G each , one for promoxVE and other for journalling (during OSD creation )

1) Does this network setup look good?

Other question:

2) Can you confirm if it is possible to import VMware VMs ( linux as well as windows VMs ) snapshot backups into promoxVE vm ?

Hi,
If you want use ceph you have to have a dedicated nic and the nic should have 10GBit.

Yes you can import vmdk disk images.

What do you exactly mean with
snapshot backups into promoxVE vm ?

Can you throw some light on the following
####################################################

1)
vmbr0 bridged to eth1 (public NIC )
Is there any need to use vmbr0 or we can remove vmbr0 and just set the IP directly to eth1 interface?

Altough it seems bridge is necessary on public NIC to be able to use it to add IP to other VMs that we will create later.

2)
eth0 private NIC. Is there any need to create vmbr1 for eth0 , which we want to use as internal network for CEPH? Or we can just use eth1

Yes but then you are not able to use this interface with VM's.

Generally you use brides fore VM/CT for all outer use you can use the nic as ethx.
It it also recommended to use it raw, because of the overhead.
