New Computer No OS No internet

I have successfully installed Proxmox (or so I think so) and rebooted but no browser is installed and no internet detected even with an ethernet cable plugged in. So I cant access the Proxmox console via the IP address given in any web browser and don't see a browser to use.

Do you have a physical display connected to the system? What does it show?

Proxmox VE is intended for enterprise servers and has no browser. You need to manage it with a browser that you run on another computers on the same local network.
