Networking problems

I just installed Proxmox 7.1 on a new super micro x10sdv motherboard. When I attempt to login into the Web GUI I can’t access the page. My connected devices tab in my Comcast Modem is showing the Correct IP & Mac Address for the LAN port in use and the lights for the port are on.

Any help or a place to start I’d appreciated
 
No I was not able to ping the ip or ssh into. I did do a fresh install a second time was hoping it would solve the problem
 
I’ve been using the terminal on the system itself to try to diagnose the problem obviously with no success thus far.
 
From the terminal/console... can you ping out? i.e. ping 8.8.8.8 or the Comcast modem IP? Can you do a ip addr to see what interfaces were configured, which one is picking up. Try different network cables / different ports on the server.

I tried to ping out with no luck. ip addr command does list all the network ports on the server and try to use the other 3 no continued to have no luck
 
Can you connect the server to a laptop directly? Set a static IP on the laptop... and then re-try the basic ping commands between the server/laptop?

Throwing out other things to check: another device with same IP on your network? compare MAC address of the server NIC vs what is showing in Comcast router. Change IP on server to see if that changes the problem, i.e. also changes it's entry in Comcast. Do you have any other network hardware in use (managed switch?) that might have VLAN configured? Did you add VLAN to the Proxmox network configuration?
