Networking issue

Hi, I'm a beginner in Proxmox.
I've installed the last version on a mini pc. When I've restarted to check if the bios configuration was okay in case of power outage, It starts and gives me the same ip adress on port 8006 to go and manage my proxmox server.
I didn't change the etc/network/interface files I can see my address 192.168.1.xx/24.
When I try to reach using my favorite browser it's ko.
The ping gives another ip adress. I'm just connecting through a box from my internet provider.

I've tried to read the documentation available here : https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Network_Configuration
But i'm not a big fan of changing all the network configuration.
It worked before restarting and now it' doesn't work anymore,even if the Ip address didn't change.

I try to reload the network interfaces also.
Have you got some explanation to my problem ?

if seems you have deleted the default bridge vmbr0
post /etc/network/interfaces

I don't understand. I just changed in my interface file using an IP 192.168.1.45/24 and launching some commands to understand more : dhclient -v , ip addr and iproute. And now it works on 192.168.1.44:8006. I have access. My HAOS VM doesn't strat anymore but at least i've got the interface back

seeing docker0 interface on PVE itself, it seems you have used custom scripts without knowing conséquence.

You are totally right. I start a full implementation. I create a new bootable usb with the last version, and didn't launch any weird js script.
I try to disconnect, it restarts well and my vm install for HAOS is also working well.
Morality of the story : take your time to install and to understand what you do on your proxmox installation !
