Network trouble with OPENVZ

PVE1(Version 1.4),one network card has two ip address(x.x.3.179 and 192.168.1.2)
OpenVZ(it is one of containers of PVE1,using Virtual Network,ip is x.x.3.180)
PVE2(Version 1.4),ip is 192.168.1.3

here is my question:

1)PVE1 and PVE2 is connected to a D-link Switch,they can access each other;the Openvz can access to PVE1(it can access both 192.168.1.2 and x.x.3.179),but it can't access to PVE2,how can I fix this problem?
2)for the Openvz,the ip is x.x.3.180,but the default gateway is "192.0.2.1",why?

You can use tcpdump to debug the problem.

2)for the Openvz,the ip is x.x.3.180,but the default gateway is "192.0.2.1",why?

192.0.2.1 is just an alias for the host (venet simply works that way).
 
i ran tcpdump,and then ping PVE2 from OpenVZ:

02:57:19.568333 arp who-has 192.168.1.3 tell 192.168.1.2
