Network stop working.

Hello! Help please. Sorry for my bad English. I from Ukraine.
My server with guest vm's with debian. 1 have installed Openmediavault for home NAS. Nas4Free was before and i think it was problem and reinstall it to OMV. if I start transmission on OMV after some time server not accessible via network and i must restart it. What i must post here for help me.
Problem become after my hdd crash with my old install Proxmox 2.2 and i'm install it on new hdd. All new install's.

Install Windows XP in VM. Setup uTorrent. Same problem. After some time network stop working. But winxp restart network auto and vm with node responding. Strange thing, when debian vm halting network, network on node not respond.
